Besides an electrical supply, the CT-D only requires compressed air or nitrogen for valve activation. This system can be has a low facilities footprint and can safely absorb the most toxic and harmful gases, such as arsine (AsH3) and phosphine (PH3)

Emergency Absorber for Gas Cabinets

Information
  • Reliably disposes of contaminated air from gas cabinets or gas valve boxes in the event of an accident
  • System is designed for the maximum amount of gas to be absorbed, the volume flow (of the gas cabinet extraction system) and the gas species
  • Granulate mixture is tailored to the application to absorb toxic, corrosive, and flammable products and by-products.
  • Available either as a passive (no sensor and actuator technology required) or active system (sensors and valves required)
  • The cabinet exhaust ventilation continuously flows through the passive system
  • If the active system detects a toxic gas leak, the valves actuate to direct the waste stream to the absorber for treatment

Ventline Cartridge for Purging Gas Disposal

Information
  • Used in gas cabinets to absorb small amounts of residual gas when purging process gas lines when changing bottles
  • The tanks are high-quality stainless steel and come with TÜV-certified pressure vessel approval, and can be installed directly inside the gas cabinet upstream of the pressure reducer
  • The cartridge will operate within the permissible pressure range even when the entire cylinder pressure is discharged due to a malfunction
